Stillwater Crossings Homeowners Association is located in Stillwater, Minnesota. Just outside of the Twin Cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, conveniently located off Highway 36 and Manning Avenue. Stillwater is the historic birthplace of Minnesota positioned on the St. Croix River along the Wisconsin border and the Scenic Byway and is part of the North Woods and Waters of the St. Croix Heritage Area.
Stillwater Crossings Homeowners Association consists of 142 homes. It offers a neighborhood feeling where homeowners strive to work together to create a sense of community, safety, involvement, and a relaxing and enjoyable place to live.
The Board of Directors strives to make the most prudent business decisions that will affect the value and appearance of the community while making sound legal and fiduciary decisions.
